Review these points before requesting your charter. Requirements may differ by route, destination and animal.
Do pets fly free?
Taxi Aéreo does not normally add a separate airline-style pet ticket to a private charter. However, the pet's weight and required space are included in aircraft capacity planning. A pet weighing more than 40 pounds may be counted as a passenger under the reservation policy.
Is a crate always required?
Not necessarily. Carrier or crate requirements depend on the animal, its behavior, cabin safety, the aircraft, the destination and any applicable government rules. Confirm the arrangement with reservations before travel.
What documents may be required?
Health certificates, vaccination records, permits, import approvals or other documents may be required depending on the origin and destination. The customer is responsible for confirming and obtaining all required documents before departure.
Can more than one pet travel?
Multiple pets may be considered. Approval depends on their combined weight, size, behavior, carriers, cabin space, the number of passengers and the selected aircraft.
Are all pets accepted?
Pet requests are reviewed individually. Taxi Aéreo may decline or modify an arrangement when an animal's size, behavior, health condition, documentation or handling needs cannot be accommodated safely.
How does weight and balance affect the flight?
Every passenger, pet, carrier and item of baggage contributes to the aircraft's total weight and balance. The final number of passengers and pets is limited by the specific aircraft and flight conditions.

aircraft assignment, route and required travel documents. Do not arrive with an
unreported pet.
