TAXI AEREO FLIGHT BOOKING AND CANCELLATION AGREEMENT
This Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between the passenger ("Passenger" or "You") and Taxi Aereo ("Company"). By booking a flight with the Company, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
1. RESERVATION AND PAYMENT:
Passenger must pay the full flight amount at the time of booking to secure the reservation. Only upon receiving a confirmation receipt is a flight deemed confirmed.
2. CHECK-IN:
Passengers are required to check-in at the counter 50 minutes prior to the scheduled departure. Failure to adhere to this timeframe may be deemed a "No Show", leading to potential cancellation of the flight. No refunds shall be granted under such circumstances.
3. BOARDING:
All flights are closed for boarding (only) 30 minutes before departure. Passengers are solely responsible for being present and ready for boarding as announced. Failure to be on time can result in a "No Show" status and potential flight cancellation, with no refunds provided.
4. CANCELLATIONS:
For a full refund, cancellations must be requested through email at reservations@taxiaereopr.travel within 24 hours post-booking. Reservations turn non-refundable after this 24-hour window. Bookings made on the flight day are non-refundable.
5. CHANGES:
Flight changes or requests for an “open credit e-mail” are permitted up to 48 hours before departure. Approved "open credit e-mails" are valid for 12 months from the original agreement date and are subject to availability. These credits hold no cash value. Same-day flight changes or cancellations are not permitted.
6. PROHIBITED ITEMS:
Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT) are prohibited on board. Some toiletries may be exempt. Visit FAA's website for a comprehensive list.
7. WEIGHT LIMITATION:
Passenger weight must be accurately provided. Any discrepancies may lead to flight cancellations without refunds due to aircraft weight limitations.
8. LIABILITY:
The Company is not responsible for any expenses arising from delays in departure or arrival.
9. DRESS CODE & CONDUCT:
Passengers must be appropriately dressed. The Company reserves the right to deny boarding to passengers who violate this code or exhibit behavior deemed threatening to flight safety.
10. EXTERNAL CIRCUMSTANCES:
The Company may cancel flights due to unforeseen natural events or situations beyond its control.
11. ADDITIONAL CHARGES:
An additional fee of $100.00 will be levied for flights between 6:00 pm and 8:00 pm, additional charges may apply. Subject to captain's approval.
12. PETS:
Pets weighing over 35 lbs are considered passengers and may occupy a seat. Ensuring the plane's weight limits are maintained, considering luggage and passenger weight.
13. ENTIRE AGREEMENT:
This Agreement embodies the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes any prior understandings and agreements between them regarding its subject matter.
14. GOVERNING LAW:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
